I can't believe it has already been one year since I have started Fashionista Elementary! I just want to say thank you to all my readers and especially my friends who are there first to read it. So school is going to start soon and you are still not don shopping...

Last minute Clothes

Right now a summer dress with a cardigan sweater and strappy sandals would be a good look for the first day of school if you don't want a studious look and you can find an outfit like this at JC Penny and a lot of other adorable styles there. Justice has cute styles like plaid, half sleeved, button-up, shirts. Also plaid skirts that would go well with a tie and suspender tee.

Last second Backpacks

Backpacks are always complicated because it's what you have to wear or roll everyday for the rest of the year, but weather you are ordering online or shopping for one in stores, target is a store you can always rely on. Jworld is a backpack brand you can rely on because you don't want a backpack that is too bright and clashy because it might stand out more than than your outfit and might not look so good with what you wear, so I would do something simple but of course something adorable!

A Huge Surprise

So, in my last post I mentioned there would be a huge surprise and here it is.
Starting in my next post, in every post, there will be a movie review section, a how to do section which is where there will be a featured hair style, and how you can easily do it, also a popular season look and where you can get it! Every three months there will be a drawing and a special gift that you could win, here's how...

Season Raffle

At the start of each new season there will be a raffle and you could win. Some of the prizes you might be able to win a gift card, a free DVD Movie, and so much more! There will be a code word that you email, text, kik, or send to me from my other website, FashionistaElementary.com Since Fall starts September 22, around that time the code word will be announced as well as the prize that will be raffled off! Someone will randomly be selected. No perches necessary.

First day of School

Lately the question how should my hair be and what should I wear on the first day of school, and what I tell them is something that expresses your style and what you like. And your hair, do something that you like and feel confident in.
The other day when we went on vacation up to Big Bear and Lake Arrow Head and on the second part of our trip at Lake Arrow Head we went to a part of the Lake where there is white sand and you can swim in the warm water. There was a girl and she asked if I wanted to hang with her so I said yes and we were just talking and she asked me stuff and so I told her I have a fashion blog and she was like awesome and so I gave her my business card and so she asked me for my number and we were texting each other and she asked how her make-up should be,(since she is going into middle school) and what she should where and I said what ever you feel good in and she starting giving me ideas of what she should wear and so I told her what outfit I like best that she described to me and she said she thanked me and said that she likes my blog and everything and that she is nervous for the first day of school. So after that it gave me the idea of a little first day of school advice!
